Phase 1 construction repair of Hacienda Road continued with tremendous progress despite weather delays in the past few weeks. The construction company, ECM, has completed grading the failure area and the paving will take place in early January 2020.
The area will remain closed until construction is completed and there will be no access for vehicles, bicyclist, pedestrians, and equestrians.
