The Roads Advisory Committee is looking to fill two vacant alternate committee member positions. The Roads Advisory Committee meetings are scheduled on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The Committee is dedicated to reviewing various financing options for road maintenance, making recommendation for the yearly pavement management program. and educating the community about road maintenance needs and methods.
A quorum of two-thirds of the Committee is required to make recommendations on behalf of the entire Committee. As an alternate member you are encouraged to attend committee meetings and discuss your views on agenda items. If a Committee member is absent, and an alternate member is present at the meeting, the alternate member’s vote is counted for purposes of establishing a quorum.
