Who may complete a ballot?

An assessment ballot may be completed by the owner of the parcel to be assessed. The term "owner" includes the owner's authorized representative. If the owner of the parcel is a partnership, joint tenancy, or tenancy in common, a ballot may be completed by any of the general partners, joint tenants, or tenants in common. Except as set forth below, only one ballot may be completed for each parcel.
